Single Coaching Session

This one-on-one coaching session is designed to provide an entire month's worth of coaching in a single coaching call. Your individual goals will set the topic of the call and can include all things fitness related: Nutrition, Workouts and Mindset (building habits, breaking habits and goal-setting).

The Fitness Intensive includes:

  • One 90-minute Call

  • Voxer Messaging Support for 2 weeks

  • One 15-minute Follow-Up Call

  • Nutrition Plan

  • Workouts
